合同会社Alchemister（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、 当社の事業・サービスを実施する上で、

　なお、以下の目的以外に利用する場合は、あらかじめ利用目的を特定し、通知・公表します。

　当社が取り扱っている商品またはサービス（新商品を含む）に関する情報のご案内
　新商品の企画・開発またはお客様に対するサービス向上に関する施策検討のためのアンケート調査の実施

当社は、あらかじめ明示もしくは通知・公表した利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で個人情報を利用します。

　当社は、個人情報の漏洩、紛失、滅失、改ざん及び不正アクセスを防止するために適切な安全管理対策を実施します。

７　委託先の監督
　当社は、個人情報の取扱いを当社以外の第三者に委託する場合、個人情報の安全管理のため、
　守秘義務契約の締結などによって当該委託先に個人情報保護を義務付けるとともに、必要な監督を実施します。

８　第三者への開示・提供
　当社は、以下の場合を除き、あらかじめ同意を得ることなく取得した個人情報を第三者へ開示または提供しません。
　人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であり、かつ、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
　国、地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令に定める事務を遂行するために協力が必要であり、かつ、本人の同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障が生じる場合

９　改善
当社は、個人情報の取扱いを適法・適切なものとするために、継続的な改善策を講じます。

　当社の保有する個人情報について、利用目的の通知・開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、

　なお、ご本人であることを確認するために、運転免許証、パスポート等の本人確認書類のコピーをご提供いただく場合がございますので、
　あらかじめご了承ください。また、開示等のご希望に対応する際に、郵送料等の実費および手数料を申し受けることがあります。この実費等については、別途お知らせいたします。
